Microscope Maintenance

I maintain and repair all makes and models of microscopes across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and the Northeast. Whether it’s a dirty microscope on a factory floor or a lab scope that needs to pass CAP inspection, I keep microscopes clean and reliable.

I use cleaning agents that are safe for sensitive optics, leave virtually no residue, and don’t trigger allergic reactions.  I use greases that stay stable for decades, unlike the factory stuff that turns into glue once it dries out. Every job comes with service records delivered on-site, right then and there. No chasing paperwork.

Right now, it’s just me. I bring 16 years of experience as a senior microscope technician and ISO 17025 lab manager. I’ve managed quality control, trained technicians, built calibration systems, and serviced thousands of scopes. Now I’m building something of my own, a business that grows through consistent, accountable, hands-on service.
